HISTORY OF LAW

This page is under construction and because of the length and breadth of this subject, it may never be near to completion.

I don't profess to be a Historian or have the expertise to expound at length on the long history of the Law in the World.

However, I have written several articles regarding the history of the Law, for the Daily Court Review which are reprinted herein. You may go to the Articles page and select an article there or you may click on one of the following list to go directly to that article:

Before long, I hope to add some history of the old Greek Laws; the old Roman Laws; Canon Laws from the Catholic Church; possibly old laws from the Orient; Muslim laws; and others. Please be patient with me as the research on this is time-consuming. Trying to do this research along with research, writing, study and otherwise taking care of clients and making court appearances, holding mediation sessions, etc. create a real time crunch.
